The apartment is on the 5th floor in a new, quiet neighborhood in Maurer Residence, only 10 minutes from the city center. The area benefits from easy access to multiple points of interest, including the Lidl store, Rompharm pharmacy, Rompetrol gas station, and other local amenities.
