Dormitorul este dotat cu pat dublu confortabil și dressing generos, iar livingul oferă o canapea extensibilă și un televizor, ideal pentru relaxare. Bucătăria este complet echipată, cu toate ustensilele și electrocasnicele necesare pentru gătit. Baia dispune de duș, fiind curată și modern amenajată. În hol se află un cuier practic. Apartamentul beneficiază de un loc de parcare privat, situat chiar în fața blocului, vizibil din balcon sau geam.
