Apt 4 Kicks is entirely setup upon unique architect's plans. Fully furnished and provided with a complete set of home appliances. Suitable to comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Sits well nearby Ground 0. Surrounded by shops and most of the city's public transportation stations. Guests may request the administrator barrier restricted access into the building's inner court for parking if necessary. Parking is possible but not granted.
Nevertheless, car parking is possible upon availability but not granted.
Smoking is forbidden.
IPTv to 2 flat TV sets (living room and bedroom). Netflix, HBO and amazon prime available for free. Blue movies available for free too.

Meanwhile, the place is undisturbed by city's noise for its South Westerly orientation facing the inner building's court, keeps it quiet and clear of acoustic pollution.
Being located next to the center of the city, the building is strategically surrounded by bus, trolleybus and taxi cab stations, traveling to any destination within the city being as easy as it gets.
