「We loved the location and terrace view. Villa is clean and lovely decorated. Plenty of useful appliances: coffee maker, big TV, wifi, toaster, big fridge. Perfect place if you come as a big group. So far, the best place I’ve been to in Romania!」
HOUSE RULES:
Attention! Exceeding the number of persons specified in the reservation will result in the impossibility of check-in or even the cancellation of the reservation.
The kitchen is not equipped with a stove. It is forbidden to access the chalet with any kind of cooking equipment because cooking inside the chalet is strictly prohibited.
It is not accepted to exceed the total number of accommodation places and their destination (adults or children).
The access of other foreign persons (guests and other persons who are not part of the group of tourists staying) in the chalet and on its property is prohibited.
It is forbidden to move furniture, objects and goods from the chalet. In the event of damage to the property of the chalet, the tourist owes the accommodation unit an amount equal to the value of the damaged property and labor.
It is forbidden to bring and use audio speakers or other systems for listening to music, both inside the cabin and outside in the courtyard.
It is not accepted to play the sound at a high volume in order not to disturb the other tourists staying or the neighbors.
The fireplace (chimney) from the upstairs apartment has extra fee, the fire is made by authorized personnel, not later that 19:00 hour.
