Property information

The house, dating from 1807, recently renovated and decorated for guests, is located on Strada Lunga Street (Langgasse). This street was the main artery that provides for hundreds of years the access from the Northwest to the citadel of Brasov. It is documented as early as the XIII Century, since the construction of one of the first buildings of Brasov, St. Bartholomew's Church. The body of the house consists of 3 accommodation rooms with bathroom equipped with shower, a fully-equipped shared kitchen. The location is ideal for groups. Guests have free WIFI and TV in every room. Parking on sidewalks near the house. Blue House is near old centre, 2 min by car and 15 min by foot and also Poiana Brasov, 15 min by car.

History, comfort and tranquility, only a few steps (literally steps, you should leave the car parked) from the bustle of the Old Town Center of Brasov (Black Church, the Synagogue, Weavers’ Bastion), the cozy restaurants and terraces, the road to Poiana Brasov (ski resort) or Tampa Mountain: Blue House/Blauhaus. The location is a 7 minute walk from the old center of the city, 12 km from Poiana Brasov, 20 km from Rasnov Castle, 30 km from Bran Castle and Piatra Craiului National Park, and approx. 5 km from the Aquatic Paradise (Aquapark) and Coresi Shopping Resort. From Lunga Street you have easy access to and from the road linking Brasov to Rasnov, Bran, Moieciu and Zarnesti.
