“Apartamentul este minunat, parter inalt (parcat masina dedesubt :P), vedere laterala spre mare si foarte aproape de plaja. Am intrebat daca putem avea la dispozitie fier + masa de calcat si gazda ne-a ajutat in scurt timp.”

Brand new apartment in a brand new, modern location - Novum by the sea in Olimp, Mangalia. What's marvellous about the place is the super easy access to the beach - just exit the complex, and you'll immediately reach the sea shore. Great for family with kids. Novum Complex also has an internal restaurant, and our location is in the immediate vicinity of a great beach called Moussay with really cool vibes. Come check it out! :)

Olimp is currently facing a wave of new buildings and new beaches that are revamping the local area. The beach is extremely close to the apartment, which makes it a great option for families with kids (and not only). Access is best recommended by car. There is a private parking space at the entrance. A local supermarket (La Doi Pasi) is at around 2 kilometers, being the closest. There is a restaurant inside the Novum Complex, a restaurant on the Moussay Beach and a few local sea restaurants nearby.
