The villa is ideal for a family holiday. The whole space is available for the guests. It is located in a very peaceful residential area, 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The marble terrace and garden are situated in the backyard, with acces both from the living room, as well as from the ping pong room. The ground floor consists of generous living and dining area, as for the sleeping area, the bedrooms with one fully equipped bathroom are place on the first floor.
Please don't hesitate to contact us on the phone for any kind of inquiry, also we can be there within few hours if required.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly, composed mainly of residential villas. The house is at 5 minutes walk from all the essentials, the shops, the lake promenade, restaurants, the beach, the Theatre and Cultural center, drugstore etc.
