Casa Ștefănuț este situată în Moeciu de Sus intr-un loc liniștit departe de agitație si aglomerație. Casa dispune de 3 camere duble și 2 apartamente toate dotate cu baie proprie, tv și încălzire centrala. Casa mai dispune de living (sala de mese) bucătărie complet utilată, curte, grădină, parcare, foișor, grătar, leagăn.
