Property information

It's not only a space for rent, is our 2nd home away from the crowded city! We refurbished this 55sqm apartment with love for our own holidays and we thought why not share it when we're busy? It's 5-7 minutes walking to the railstation/center and at the base of mountain trails to Postavaru and Diham. It is perfect for 1 family with 2 kids or 2 couples. I'll be delighted to offer tips for trips and suggestions of activities and restaurants around. Sometimes bears comes around. Pay attention!!

Neighbourhood information

Predeal is one of Romania's top ski resorts and officially the highest altitude city (not village). There are plenty of hiking trails, fun options and modern restaurants. From Predeal one can easily explore all other top resorts from Valea Prahovei or may visit the vibrant Brasov. This old block of flats holds mostly holliday appartaments and it is almost empty. It will be silent. The building is not in the perfect condition, but the surrounding is idillic. 5-7 minutes walking to the railstation and bus station. There are trains to Brasov or Bucharest almost every hour, in average.
