Apartamentul se afla intr-o casa veche compusa din mai multe apartamente, are o iesire pe strada Vasile Goldis si de asemenea o alta intrare de pe Bulevardul Revolutiei. Este un apartament proaspat renovat, care dispune de tot ce este nevoie. Apartamentul se afla la un pas de restaurante, supermarket deschis non stop, farmacie, casa de schimb valutar, etc
