Gold House este situat intr-o zona foarte liniștita a Bucureștiului . Complex rezidențial nou înființat in 2022 . Apartamentul este nou cu toate finisajele și mobilierul de cea mai buna calitate .Loc de parcare privat cu bariera la acces .Restaurant unde se poate lua masa și magazine comerciale la 50 de m de bloc . Iar pentru plimbări in aer liber exista parcul Tudor Arghezi la 5 minute pe jos . Pentru shopping Complex Grand Arena Mall foarte aproape de apartament 2 minute distanță pe jos .
Cartierul este foarte liniștit .
