As a part of a historical building, the apartment offers the ideal place both for a business travel and a family vacation or a city break at contemporary comfort standards. We have tried to create a romantic and vintage atmosphere by using authentic furniture and design elements that suits such a beautiful 19th century space and maintain the actual vintage feeling of the whole place.
The apartment is located in the central area of the city, 200 meters away from the Theatre and Opera House, the Finance Building and the Court of Law, on one of the city's main boulevards. This part of Cluj-Napoca took shape mainly in the last decades of the 19th century and the very first decades of the 20th century, but the historical architecture mingles with new steel-and-glass office buildings that started to rise up in this area. It is heavily circulated part of the city, with IT, lawyer and notary public offices, public and private hospitals, schools, markets and bank offices.
