Zonă liniștită, in vecinătatea hotelului Scoica din Jupiter, cu multă verdeață. Distanta până la plajă este de aproximativ 8 min. mers pe jos. Proprietatea are o grădină cu pini mediteraneeni, flori și balasoare. În fața fiecărei camere se găsesc mese, băncuțe și scaune pentru relaxare și servirea mesei. Camerele sunt dotate cu baie proprie, cu duș cu apă caldă nonstop, televizor, frigider, seif pentru valori. În foișor se pot prepara minuturi și cafea. Pentru acestea pot fi folosite aragazul, cuptorul cu microunde, expressorul de cafea, cană electrică, prăjitor de pâine.
