Property information

Palm Residential is a modern building built in 2018 that benefits from video surveillance both in front of the building and in the back. Our landscaping is decorated with natural palm trees, 4 meters high, illuminated in different colors during the night. Each room is equipped with a mini fridge, en suite bathroom, clothes closet, makeup table, independent heating and air conditioning. Biker Friendly Accommodation,there is a covered parking lot.

Neighbourhood information

The building is located in the residential area of Sebes, on the main road leading to Transalpina, we can say that it is the perfect starting point for a wonderful excursion to Transalpina in the morning or a rest on the return from Transalpina.
