Located in the impressive mountain setting of Bran area, only 3 km from "Dracula's Castle", Pensiunea Brandeberg boasts a Tyrolean architectural style, mountain views and a restaurant with Romanian and German cuisine. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. All units of Pensiunea Brandeberg are fitted with a balcony, a flat-screen cable TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer, shower and free toiletries. A minibar is available on request. The rooms feature decors inspired by the Tyrol area of Austria. The on site restaurant has a varied menu, and food is prepared with organic ingredients from the Bran area, including dairy and cheese products, mutton pastrami, trout, local vegetables and fruits, honey, jams, pickles. Guests also have access to a bar, an outdoor terrace and an outdoor children's playground. They can enjoy games of billiards, table tennis, darts and air hockey. The Zanoaga ski slope is 7 km away and the Poiana Brasov ski slopes can be reached in 25 km. Brasov train station is 30 km away. The nearest airport is Sibiu International airport, at 145 km. Completed in May of 2013, Pension Brandeberg is the fruit of several years of research and inspiration from the beautiful area of Tyrol, Austria. The Tyrolean atmosphere of Brandeberg includes interior design, soundstage in various areas of pension, cuisine and of course, quality services. We try as much as possible to prepare meals with authentic organic products from Bran area such as, dairy and cheese products, pastrami ram, trout, potatoes, apples, honey, jams, vegetable stew, eggplant salad, pickles in vinegar and brine.. what's best for our customer! True luxury is often linked to a cozy where you can relax. When you see something, first impressions count, so, from entering the reception, you're greeted with a rustic furniture painted in the 1700s Tyrolean style, which certainly will make you want to see more of it.. Inside, both in the rooms, common areas and especially in our warm restaurant, you'll find new furniture treated and painted in the same style of the 1700s but also in solid wood carved with traditional models in 1900s style. Pension Brandeberg is definitely the place where you want to go back whenever you feel the need to find your peace and positive energy.
This a family business, so we are all here to make your stay even more enjoyable!
Located away from the street noise, the Brandeberg pension is ideal for a relaxing stay. Walking or cycling are perfect for discovering the beautiful plateau Balaban, along with Hermitage Bran. There are also mountain trails to the Omu's Peak and the Padina Chalet. Not to mention the famous Dracula's Castle located just 4 km away.
