Property information

It is situated in an old house, built in 1930. The house belonged to a pharmacist. In 1950 the communists took over the house and transformed it into a kinder garden. In the beginning of the 90's, the house has been returned to the rightful owner.

Neighbourhood information

We are located on a very quiet neighbourhood , yet only 5 minutes to the old city center. We are on a hill with a spectacular view over the city and Tampa mountain
