Proprietatea este situată deasupra farmaciei și altor magazine alimentare peste drum se află piața de legume ,schimb valută la parterul apartamentului un magazin profi deschis non stop lidel la doar 2 minute de mers pe jos iar Iulius mall este la o distanță de 6 minute de mers pe jos de locație ,Catedrală Mitropolitană Sfinții trei Ierarhi și centrul istoric la doar 12 minute distanță .
