In the heart of Bucharest, at 500 meters from Uniri Square, but in a lush area, away from the agitation of the city and with a unique view of the Romanian Patriarchy gardens, few steps away from Romanian Parliament, Old Town, a place who kept pieces from the city history Prince Residence is the ideal place to explore and experience Bucharest, which will be truly relaxing and peaceful. Prince Residence has developed around a 19th-century history-filled villa, complete renovated in 2004 to create a residence formed of 23 studio and apartments. At present it is one of the most impressive residences built in 2004. Prince Residence was finished in December 2009 and was designed in accordance with the guidelines of the Romanian Ministry of Culture in order to harmonize the style and design of the area where it is once called”Little Paris” .
