This modern 2 bedrooms / 1 living room apartment is situated in a villa build in 2010, occupies the entire second floor and offers you relaxing moments only 5 km (4 euros by taxi) from Bucharest's fun and historical center. Green surroundings and the proximity of Morii Lake assure your relaxation, parks, aquaparks, gyms, supermarkets and 2 of the biggest malls in Bucharest (Afi Palace & Plaza Romania) at maximum 10 min. driving away. AC in every room, central heating, WIFI, SAT TV, etc.
I am easy-going, nice and open to new people. Please show respect to my property and you will have a wonderful vacation. I live in the same building and so I can offer help, assistance, advice and other services. I grew up in Austria, traveled the world and am a big fan of science fiction movies. My motto is: in life, it is much better to be correct instead of just "politically correct". I live in an apartment in the same building and can therefore help guests out with information regarding the city , best places to go, where to have fun, etc.
Green surroundings and the proximity of Morii Lake assure your relaxation, 6 parks (1-King Michel Park-former Herastrau Park, 2-Parcul Drumul Taberei, 3-Parcul Tineretului, 4-Parcul Carol, 5 Parcul Cismigiu, 6-Parcul Crangasi ) no more than 5-20 minutes driving away, aquaparks, gyms, supermarkets and 2 of the biggest malls in Bucharest (Afi Palace & Plaza Romania) at maximum 10 min. driving away. The property is situated a short 15 minutes walk from GORJULUI METRO STATION, from where you can reach any point in Bucharest in 20 minutes.
