Located in a wonderful and quiet area, facing the Botanical Garden, it offers three luxury apartments perfectly suited for those who visit Bucharest for business or choose it as a vacation destination.

Neighbourhood information

Home to the presidential palace, Cotroceni area is a charming, historical and beautifully quiet neighborhood. Its buildings are representative of a variety of styles, from Neo-Romanian to Art Deco and Modernist. Cotroceni is known for its cultural hotspots, which include among others the Cotroceni Palace, which is both a museum and the official residence of the Romanian President, the Bucharest National Opera, and the capital’s Botanical Garden.
