Dnevna soba je veoma prostrana i elegantno osvetljena sa raznim varijacijama osvetljenja kao sto su na primer visilice i LED svetla. Sadrži ležaj na razvlačenje i veliki smart TV sa kablovskim kanalima i aplikacijama kao sto su Youtube i Netflix. Takodje WI-FI je besplatan i dostupan u celom apartmanu. Spavaća soba je opremljena udobnim krevetom veličine 160x210cm, toaletnim stočićima iznad kojih su utičnice, ogledalom i stolom koji moze da služi kao mesto za spremanje ili rad, velikim garderoberom za vaše stvari i flat-screen TV-om. Trpezarija sadrži okrugli sto sa stolicama za 4 osobe. Iz trpezarije preko pulta se vidi kuhinja koja je dizajnirana tako da zadovolji sve vaše potrebe. Sadrži mikrotalasnu, mašinu za pranje sudova, aparat za kafu, kuvalo za vodu, toster za sendviče, širok izbor posudja i pribora za spremanje hrane. U toaletu se lavabo nalazi na širokoj radnoj ploči koja će Vam odgovarati za svu kozmetiku koju ponesete na put. Tuš kabina moderno i komforno uredjena sa dosta prostora. Sadrži ogledalo sa LED osvetljenjem. Svaki gost dobija po jedan veliki i jedan mali peškir za sebe. Apartman takodje sadrži hodnik sa cipelarnikom i ogledalom, kao i terasu sa garniturom za sedenje.
Stan se nalazi u mirnijem delu Arandjelovca ali je svakako na 10 minuta hoda do centra grada, sto je idealno i za opuštanje u stanu i za istraživanje grada. U sklopu zgrade je kafić koji je veoma moderno opremljen i koji ima mogućnost doručka. Na samo 100 metara se nalazi market. Preko puta zgrade se nalazi Srpska pravoslavna crkva Svetih apostola Petra i Pavla.
