Apartment Citi011 is a modern loft perfectly designed for relaxation with carefully selected furniture and details that create a comfortable ambiance. The sloping ceiling adds a unique charm to the space. Welcome to City011 Experience the perfection of staying in our modern apartment, completely renovated and equipped with modern furniture and appliances. This charming apartment, located in New Belgrade, offers 60 m² of ideal space for relaxation and enjoyment. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are the Arena and the Sava Center, where you can enjoy various sports events, concerts, seminars and congresses. For additional comfort, free coffee, water, teas and wine are available in the apartment to make your stay even more pleasant. The apartment is designed for 4 people and consists of two bedrooms with double beds (160cm/200cm), a living room with a dining room, a kitchen and a room with a washing machine and a sink. All rooms have air conditioning. A 43-inch TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi is available. The apartment is located on the 5th floor. The building has an intercom and an elevator that goes up to the 4th floor, the 5th floor is reached by a spiral staircase. KITCHEN: Fully furnished, equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, clothes dryer, dishes, paper towels, napkins, coffee, tea, bottled water. ADDITIONAL ROOM: washing machine (detergent and fabric softener), iron and ironing board, sink (dish detergent). BATHROOM: Shower cubicle, towels, hair dryer, hand soap, hair shampoo and shower bath.
