Apartman Lux&Spa Sunčani vidik Zlatibor se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra planine Zlatibor. Smešten je na izuzetnom mestu odakle se pruža pogled na ovu prelepu planinu okupanu suncem. Samo na par minuta hoda je od najznačajnih objekata planine, poput autobuske stanice, gondole, pijace, trga i super marketa. Na samo 150m se nalazi poznato skijalište Obudojevica, koje je nezaobilazno polazište za sve polaznike skole skijanja. Na ovim obroncima se mo ete spuštati na gumi, sankama, ali i voziti motorne sanke, četvorotočkaše, jahati konje, voziti bicikle itd. Za ozbiljnije skijaše, novoizgrađenom gondolom se penje na najveći vrh Zlatibora i poznato skijalište Tornik, koje poseduje nekoliko staza i šestosedešnice.
