Objekat se nalazi u širem centru grada. Od glavnog ulaza-kapije do samog ulaska u objekat prolazi se 30tak metara kroz staro Palilulsko dvorište tako da je objekat izolovan od gradske buke. Smeštajne jedinice su u potpunosti renovirane 2022 godine i uređene po ukusu vlasnika.
Na samo 500m ili 5 minuta hoda dolazite do populatnih šetališta, tržnih centara, restorana, kafića i samog centra grada.
Preko puta objekta je veći supermarket u kome se možete snabdeti svim potrebštinama. Takođe u blizini postoje i nekoliko kafana-taverni sa dobrom ponudom hrane.
U blizini je najveći park Čair. Park Čair je omiljeni park najmlađim Nišlijama jer je prepun raznovrskog sadržaja za decu.
