The cottage is placed 150 meters from Perucac Lake and it is ideal for making a deserved getaway of city and rush. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Also, there is an outdoor kitchen, garden, terrace, and a barbecue so we are sure you will enjoy the outside. Parking and free wifi are available for our guests. The main attraction in winter is fireplace in the living room where you can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere with wine and cookies so you can make yourself feel at home.

Perucac Lake is about 5 minutes by walk from the villa. It is a popular place to visit. There is a beautiful beach with children's pools, showers, changing cabins and a beautiful cafe. Apart from swimming, guests can fish, ride a boat, rent a canoe or pedal boat. The nearest town is Bajina Basta. It takes 20 minutes away from the villa by car. There are a few cafes and clubs.
