Company information

I am a university retired professor. I have very good administration experience. I have been a chair of a Computer Science Department at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals in Dhahran Saudi Arabia for about 10 years and was the Dean of the Library for about 4 years before I retired. I travel a lot and have pretty good experience of how to manage hotels. My wife and I are currently managing and running our business. We are very concern a bout cleanness of our property.

Property information

It is a brand new Deluxe Furnished Apartment only 2 months old. We have started on by beginning of February. Our choose a modern style furniture that suits almost every body. Our rooms are specious with plenty of room space. the VIP apartments are about 100 SQM. The one bedroom apartment is about 64 SQM our studios ranges from 35-45 SQM. Some VIP rooms are connected and can be 3 bedrooms apartments.

Neighbourhood information

My property is located in Al Naeem court near most attraction sites. We are few minutes from Jeddah International Airport and very close to many shopping malls and centers.
