Situated on the south-east coast of Cerf Island, South Point Villas Cerf Island offers villas with panoramic Indian Ocean views. Each villa features a private veranda with outdoor seating and BBQ facilities. The villas also come with an open-plan lounge and kitchen area. The lounge includes a TV and DVD player, and the fully-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and dining area. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the villas. Guests can walk to the beaches during low tide or use the complimentary canoes that come with every villa. Diving and deep sea fishing trips can be arranged upon request. A complimentary meal and starter pack of food and drinks is provided upon arrival. A chef menu is available for guests to order meals for the duration of their stay. South Point Villas Cerf Island is set in St Anne Marine National Park, directly opposite Cache Island. The ferry journey to Mahe Island takes 10 minutes. The nearest airport is Seychelles International Airport on Mahe.

Michel and Christine will look after you during your stay. They always strive to provide a highly personalised, friendly service at all times. PLEASE NOTE: All bookings are subject to a minimum stay of three (3) nights. Late booking must be made and paid for in full at least 5 days prior to arrival. We are UNABLE to accept last minute bookings.

South Point Villas were built 14 years ago on 5 acres of the Petit Family property located on a remote part of Cerf Island in the St Anne Marine National Park. The first Petit arrived from Coutras in France in the early 1800s and his great-grandson Jules was elected to the first independent legislature when Seychelles achieved independence from Mauritius and became a Crown Colony in 1903. Jules is (dubiously) credited for having introduced legislation lowering the age from which children could purchase alcohol to below 14! The private family cemetery is now declared a national monument and is located behind the main hospital on the old family property on Mahe. South Point Villas is one of two properties on the secluded southern corner of Cerf Island, the other next door property being originally developed by the famous author, Wilbur Smith, who spent many years holidaying here with his late wife Danielle. The next neighbours are more than a mile away which guarantees privacy and seclusion.
