Situated just 20 metres from the beach in North East Point, Villa Koket offers modern self-catering apartments. The apartments feature panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and terraces with outdoor seating. Each air-conditioned apartment includes an open-plan lounge area with cable TV and a kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge. The private bathroom comes with a shower. There is free private parking on site. Villa Koket is located a 15-minute drive from Victoria and 20 minutes' drive from Beau Vallon Beach. Seychelles International Airport is 30 minutes’ drive from the apartments.

Property information

Villa Koket is found in a quiet property next to the beach at North East Point and one of few places where you can enjoy your holiday in peace and harmony with nature. It is still new and well taken care of to ensure that the level of cleanliness and comfort is not compromised. The owner and staff has a good rapport with guests at all times as guest satisfaction is no.1 for them. Please note that as from the 30th of April 2025, the property will be undergoing some construction to conclude the second phase of the building. Working time will be from Monday to Friday for 8am to 5pm/ Saturday 8am to 1pm
