The ground floor has two living rooms, a large kitchen and bathroom, while the first floor has a large bedroom, three bedrooms and two living rooms. Modern comfort meets country charm with TV and Chromecast on both floors. In the inviting garden, an 8x4 meter chlorine-free pool awaits, heated to 30 degrees from May to August. There is also a hot tub, outdoor shower, and plenty of garden furniture. For cooking enthusiasts, there is both a gas grill and a pizza oven. The location is perfect for exploring the area. For city life, Säffle is 25 minutes away, Åmål 40 minutes and Karlstad just over an hour away. There are two canoes available, offering great opportunities for fun adventures. Meet Cathrin and Kaj We bought this beautiful house in 2021 and have spent all our vacations here since then. We love the peace and quiet and the rural surroundings, where we can cycle and hike. The proximity to Lake Vänern is fantastic, but most of all we enjoy being in the house and garden, where we have everything we need. Our four children also love coming here.
