Welcome to Karkashult Vilhem 1, a house over 100 years old that we are currently fully renovating, soon to be completed. The home features a mix of charming original details and newly renovated areas. It’s not a luxury house, but here you’ll experience the genuine feeling of the countryside, the forest, and the warm atmosphere of grandma’s house, perfect for those who grew up in the 70s or 80s and had a grandmother in the countryside.
Upstairs, there’s a new toilet, while the original one remains on the ground floor. The TV room is currently under renovation, but we still use it as usual. The staircase is steep, so please be careful when using it. The house is insulated and equipped with an air-to-water heat pump, making it suitable for year-round living.
Come and experience country life in this charming home!
