This comfortable accommodation, 50 minutes by car from Stockholm city, is perfect for those who want to discover the Stockholm archipelago or just enjoy the sun on one of the nice patios. By car or bus, you can get to one of the ferries that go out to the beautiful islands several times a day.
The house is located 500 meters from a nice, child-friendly, municipal beach where there are bathing cabins and the possibility of making a fire. The prime bedroom has a comfortable double bed with a tempur mattress. The living room/kitchen has a sofa bed for two people and the smaller bedroom has a single bed. Electric cars can be slow-charged in the carport where there is a 240-volt outlet.
My name is Peter and together with my family I have built this nice little house. I usually live in the house part-time but due to work and family reasons I cannot use the house right now and so I wanted to make it available to curious tourists who want to discover this rural part of the Stockholm archipelago. I hope you enjoy it.
Nice area in beautiful Åkerö. 15 minutes by car or bus from Norrtälje and about 50 minutes from Stockholm city. Åkeröbadet is 500 meters away. The forests are filled with winding paths for daily explorations. Grocery stores are in Norrtälje or in the cozy town of Gräddö (6 minutes by car) and just two minutes away there are award-winning bakeries Rådmansö bageri where you can buy fresh bread, have a Swedish coffee or have lunch.
