Hi! We just opened a newly renowater vila in Rozna dolina for rent. Just like you, we love traveling. You can either meet and have a drink with us or you can do a self-check-in if you prefer. It is jour choice, but we promise you, you will have a great time in Vila Ada :)

We offer comfortable stay in a newly renovated villa with 4 apartments (Mansard, 2x Standard, 1x Deluxe with terrace) with beautiful garden. We are situated in a quiet neighbourhood of residential houses, very close to the city centre (2,2km), but still in the nature and near the zoo. It is also a very convenient starting point for exploring Slovenia and its surroundings, as we offer FREE parking. We also offer free WiFi, very comfortable beds, soft & fresh linen, variety of coffee & coffee machine, all the necessary modern equipment (dishwasher, washing machine) & barbecue facilities. We offer 4 different apartement: 1x One-Bedroom, 3x2 Two-Bedroom (standard, deluxe, half basement).

Neighbourhood information

Vila Ada has a huge garden and it is situated in a quiet neighbourhood of residential houses very close to the city centre (2,2km), but still in the nature, along the walking paths of Rožnik hill and near the zoo. It is also a very convenient starting point for exploring Slovenia and its surroundings, as we offer FREE parking. The villa is located in a green and very popular place to live in Ljubljana, Rožna dolina, where most embassies are located. ★ 7 min (650m) walk to the nearest small market ★ 4 min walk (350m) to the Art Bread boutique bakery ★ 12 min walk (1km) to the zoo ★ 3 min walk (290m) to the first bus stop of city bus no. 14 ★ 1 min (100 m) to the cycling / walking path ★ 8-minute walk (700 m) to the nearest restaurant ★ 7 min walk (650 m) to Avant to go ★ 30 min walk (2.2 km) to the city centre (Kongres square)
