The apartment is located in Drežnica, only 6km away from teh town of Kobarid. It offers air conditioning, a big double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom. You can also relax on the terrace or in the garden with a grill right next to the Ročica stream.

The stream Ročica flows only a few steps away. There are a lot of quiet, shady places along the stream where guests can relax or even jump into the crystal clear water. There are a lot of natural and cultural monuments in the neighborhood. You can visit view point Male skale, the Krampež waterfall, the Koseč gorges or the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, all reachable within 10-minute walk. If you are more of an adventurer, this is the perfect location for hiking and climbing. The apartment is a great starting point for a hike on Mt. Krn (2245m) and other majestic mountains in the area. The local streams and rivers created numerus waterfalls and gorges, accompanied with mountin pastures and centuries old forests. The famous Soča river and Kozjak waterfall are located only a few kilometers away. You can also find children's playground, a footbal pitch, a bar and a restaurant with local food only a few hundred meters away.
