It is located on the ground floor and offers two bedrooms with queen beds, as well as a third room that can also serve as a living room with a bed that extends into a double bed, a fold-out sofa, and a TV. The rooms are bright and spacious. Guests also have access to a private parking space right in front of the building entrance. The apartment also includes a basement storage space for sports equipment.
