Welcome to our cozy 60 m² apartment in Šmarje near Koper, in the green hills of Slovenian Istria! The apartment is on the ground floor of our family house. It’s perfect for families, couples or small groups who want comfort, quiet, and a great place to explore the coast and countryside. The apartment is carefully decorated with warm, natural touches and small wine-themed details 🍷 – showing our love for wine and local tradition. 🛏️ Accommodation - The apartment is suitable for up to 6 people, for example:  • ideal for 2 adults + 2 children (or up to 4 children)  • or up to 4 adults + 2 children It includes: - 2 bedrooms:  • 1x bed 160x200 cm  • 1x bed 140x200 cm (this room has no window – perfect for quiet sleeping) - Living room with sofa bed (160x200 cm) - Bathroom with shower - Fully equipped kitchen with dining area 🌿 Outdoor Area - Small terrace with table, chairs and gas grill – perfect for relaxing and dining outside - Free parking next to the apartment 📍 Location - Quiet village Šmarje near Koper - Just a short drive to Koper, Izola, Piran, Portorož (10–20 min drive) - Great for day trips to Trieste (Italy), Croatian Istria, or small Slovenian villages like Padna, Krkavče, Marezige 📶 Other Info - Free Wi-Fi - Air conditioning - Bed linen and towels are included in the price - No pets allowed - Smoking allowed only outside 🏡We live with: - our friendly dog Tara 🐶 (a small wire-haired dachshund who sometimes barks but doesn’t bother guests) - our black cat Mani 🐱 - and our son’s small animals – chickens, quails and guinea pigs 🐓🐦🐹. f you wish, he will be happy to offer you fresh eggs 🥚 for sale, as he takes care of the animals and covers their costs by selling chicken and quail eggs.
