The property is located on a vineyard hill with a wonderful view below and the city of Metlika and offers a relaxing stay as guests have access to a Kirami hot tub on the balcony for private use. The apartment is suitable for up to four guests as there is a bedroom with a double bed and double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a private bathroom, dining area and well equipped kitchen. The basement area has a bar and seating area for up to 20 people to hold festivities or events, it's access needs to be discussed prior with the owner for it's use. The property offers bike rental and has many hiking paths in the area. There is free private parking on location and free wifi access throughout the property. In the surrounding area, you can find a number of natural bathing spots along the river Kolpa, accessible by bike or car (Metlika, Križevska vas, Primostek, Otok, Podzemelj, Krasinec, Adlešiči...). At some bathing areas you can rent a canoe, raft or sup. 10 km away is the popular excursion spot Krašnji vrh with a lookout tower. At the transition between Dolenjska and Bela Krajina, there is a hiking trail to Trdinov vrh, which can also be reached by car. About 25 km away from the apartment is the ski resort Gače, which invites you to ski, snowboard or sled in the winter, and in the summer you can go on a hike or ride a bike on the trails through the forest. In Črnomelj, you can go for a wander through the Krajinski park Lahinja and in Semič to the well of the river Krupa. We recommend a visit to the Hiša dobrot Bela krajina, Šturm Castle Cellar at Metlika Castle, Pečarič Wine Cellar, Metlika Wine Cellar, Šuklje Wine Cellar or Prus Wine Cellar, where you can do wine tastings. In Metlika, we also recommend a visit to the Belokranjski Museum of Metlika, the Slovenian Fire Museum, Kambič gallery, Tri Fare pilgrimage complex and Brihtna glava Primary School - "school as it used to be''.
