Property information

Villa Selena is newly renovated apartment house in the centre of Ljubljana. The villa is located on the idyllic location, it has a lovely garden and the surrounding neighbourhood is very quiet. It is just a 10 minute stroll from the beautiful old town. The location is easily accessible both by car and by public transport. It has its own parking lots and it is located near the main bus and train station. A flexible check-in time offered. The apartments are all comfortable and modern, at the same time, retaining a certain classical style and charm. The attractive style of the villa, naturally blends into its green surroundings, although at the same time, it stands out as unique from the other buildings in the city centre, due to its historical past. Villa Selena was built by the famous Tönnies family at the turn of the 19th/20th century. Rudolf Tönnies was a master builder and architect, who built the villa in 1921 and lived there with his wife Pavla and daughter Frigga.
