Clara Valis Village House was founded in 2016 as a family project inspired by our love for nature, comfort, and the charm of the Slovak countryside. We manage just one property – our cozy country house near Levoča, close to the Slovenský raj National Park.
Our guests are personally welcomed by my father, who will meet you upon arrival, show you around the house, and share local tips for the best trips, restaurants, and hidden gems. He speaks English, so communication is always easy.
I’m Ľuboš Olekšák, a real estate professional, but Clara Valis is my passion project that I enjoy together with my father. Together, we make sure every guest feels at home and experiences the warmth, peace, and authenticity of the Slovak countryside.

What a lovely stay in Clara Valis!
The Clara Valis (clear valley) is a wonderful little retreat in the village of Dol'any, but is very close to Levoca, Poprad, the Tatra Mountains, and Slovak Paradise. It is a perfect location to explore the area and just relax...
Beautiful garden which included a large yard (1400 square meters), an outdoor bbq, a vegetable garden (you can taste the vegetables from it!)
But this is not all! Transport yourself to the world of relaxation on our glass terrace. Rediscover the joy of life in the warm jacuzzi, let yourself be refreshed by the outdoor shower as the waterfall murmurs into the pond under the willow tree, and then warm up in the comfort of the Finnish sauna.Yes, this slice of luxury comes with a modest fee, but it's truly worth every cent!
the fee for using the wellness is 80 euros / stay or one week. In the winter season from November to March, the jacuzzi is turned off.
You can easily just stay there and relax in nature.
The house is very spacious and has 3 large bedrooms and balconies. The beds are very large and comfortable. The upstairs bathroom is a fantastic huge bathtub and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook your meals by yourself if you like or choose one of the neighborhood restaurants in Lecoca or other places. The living space is very large with 2 couches, a sitting chair in front of the fireplace, and a huge Smart TV. There is also a dining room table big enough for 6 people.
周辺エリアの情報
Clara Valis is located in the quiet village of Doľany, just 7 minutes from the historic Levoča (UNESCO) with the highest late Gothic wooden altar in the world 18.62 m by Master Paul. A walk through the medieval center, the town hall or the "cage of shame" are absolute must-sees.
For one-day trips, you have the High Tatras (Tatranská Lomnica) and the Slovak Paradise within 30–45 minutes - the Suchá Belá gorges or the iconic Tomášovský výhľad are also suitable for families.
Don't miss the town of Spišská Nová Ves with the highest church tower in Slovakia (87 m) - you can climb to the lookout. The historic Square is known for its "cigar" shape and café atmosphere.
At Spišská Kapitula you will discover the “Spišský Jeruzalem” – a unique baroque Calvary complex in the country (1666–1675) – and the Romanesque-Gothic Cathedral of St. Martin or a small historical square similar to Banská Štiavnica.
In Levoča, stop by the Old Minorite Monastery – the “Black Church” (14th century), an inconspicuous but exceptional monument at the end of Kláštorská Street.
Nature lovers will enjoy Dreveník, the largest travertine area with rock “towns”, caves and views towards Spiš Castle.
For skiing, the Levočská dolina resort offers 4 groomed slopes including a kids’ run.
For a quiet nature spot, Klčovská reservoir lies about 30 minutes on foot through the woods. Note: it’s a natural area without an official swimming facility.
