Near the house there is a bus stop with direct bus to the city center. 1 minute walking from Billa, 3 minutes from Lidl, Tesco, Post office. Free parking on site. Spacious 4th floor apartment with 3 bedrooms (rented individually), living room and balcony. Restaurants, pubs, banks and all kinds of amenities nearby.
