a modern family house with a swimming pool located in a resort intended for recreational and year-round living, with a wonderful view of Lake Striebornica, near the spa town of Piešťany. The location and character of the property is intended for demanding clients who will appreciate its design, location and the exceptionality of this beautiful place. The house is located in Moravany nad Váhom, in a quiet location, in a closed area on a hill surrounded by nature. It has two floors with 2 outdoor parking spaces directly in front of the entrance to the house. The house also includes a plot of land with an area of 470 m2.
The house is located in Lake Resort residential and recreational project. The surroundings offer wonderful nature, the Striebornica water reservoir completes the beautiful environment and silence. An important intersection of hiking and cycling routes. Huge potential comes mainly from the proximity of the spa town of Piešťany (3 km), visited by many guests not only from Slovakia, but also from abroad. The unique location ensures not only peace and beautiful nature, but also excellent connections (Piešťany airport). Nearby is the Moravany nad Váhom mansion, Chateau Krakovany, excellent restaurants, and a golf club.
