Our Apartments Rezidencia are an excellent choice for even the most demanding clients. Both tourists, businessmen and families with children will come into their own. The apartments are located in the city centre and are an ideal choice if you want to visit the city centre and sights. They are also characterized by very good transport accessibility and full civic amenities. We also have private parking spaces available at some apartments. You can call our hotline, which is available 24/7 and has all the necessary information regarding the accommodation or you can contact us directly via Booking internal messages or our internal chat in the guest app, both of which we all have access to (administrator, manager and owners) and will answer your questions as quickly as possible. Availability Hotline available: NONSTOP 24/7 365 days a year. We are available: 10:00 - 20:00 every day (we are not available outside these hours!)

Accommodation with us is through a simple, self-check-in/check-out process. To gain access to the hosting application and generate a code for the Smartbox (secure box) and all the information regarding your arrival and stay, we require biometric verification (you can cover your personal identification number). This involves scanning or sending a double-sided copy of your ID card/passport and proof of address. Additionally, a deposit* (refundable security deposit) is also required as a guarantee for potential damages. *If everything is in order, the deposit is fully refunded after 7 days (if you wish to have it released earlier, please contact us after your stay). As an accommodation facility, we are legally obligated to keep a record of local taxes paid for accommodation purposes and guest registration in the accommodation book. We process personal data solely for the management of our accommodation facilities. Since our apartments do not have a permanent reception like hotels, where such information would be collected and recorded, verification is conducted through online biometric verification. Your data remains with us, is not shared with any third parties, and is only recorded for potential inspections by the relevant authorities. It is also important to note that key handover is contactless, so this verification serves as identification of the person who will be staying in the apartment, in case of damage or theft. In terms of additional services, you can opt for: - early check-in (1-3 hours earlier) - late check-out (1-2 hours later) - Parking (only available for selected apartments) - Pet-friendly accommodation - baby cot (without bedding) - High chair for children - Additional separate bed (in the case of a double bed, only one is prepared as standard for two persons) Upon departure, please return the keys to the same location in the Smartbox (secure box).
