The teacher’s house is representing a perfectly timeless Czechoslovak design with hints of Art Deco style. Reconstruction of the house tried to capture and maintain the original essence of the house from the times when our parents and grandparents used to live there. At the same time trying to show what the town surrounded by two national parks has to offer.
If you like active holidays Fedor is the host you wished for. His sporting season never finishes as he works his way through the year with different sporting equipment. Ask him for tips for ski mountaineering trips, locations to go skiing or cross-country skiing or hiking in the summer, kayaking, or just where to go see the nice sunset or places where to relax in hot thermal water after all these activities.
The teacher’s house is located on a quiet street located 200m from the historical town square. Many services can be reached on foot. The nearest pub is only 120m away, the closest grocery store is 200m away and the town’s famous roastery and cafe is 210m. Jasná - Low Tatras, Slovakia’s biggest ski resort is 20 minutes drive away and Aquapark Tatralandia (7 minutes drive) and Aquapark Besenova (25 minutes drive) are also nearby. A few minute's drive is also Bobrovecká and Žiarska valley which are the entry gates to the Western Tatras.
