Enjoy your days in this beautiful and cozy beach house located near the Salvadoran Ocean Reserve in Los Cobanos, El Salvador. Super safe neighborhood with strict guest access guarantees a worry-free, private and quiet stay. Your only worry should be that you WILL NOT want to leave! The property is rented as a whole. It is not shared among different guests or families. Additionally, for your convenience and entertainment, we offer the rental of a sound system and an ATV (all-terrain vehicle). Although payment must be made upon arrival, It is required that our clients pay the 50% of the total balance to guarantee and block the dates for your reservation.

My name is Diego Morales and I will be your host, taking care that you feel supported in any requirement you may need prior your arrival. Dagoberto and Yesenia are the property caretakers, and will assist you in the basic chores from the moment you check in. Although their services are not incluided in the reservation fee, they will be glad to help. Tips are very welcome for them!

Super safe neighborhood, away from road noise and super near to private creeks where you can walk in paths and see some of the wildlife that reside (Wild water turltles, ocean birds, fish, various species of frogs and more). Inside the neighborhood you walk to the bridges and creeks, The access to the beach (Playa los cobanos) and local mini marts are around 10-12 mins by car.
