Set in Upper Prince’s Quarter, this air-conditioned villa is located 7 km from Saint Martin. Amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean,and St. Barts from all rooms. You can relax by the outdoor pool in the garden in fair weather. There is a seating area and a kitchen complete with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. Towels and bed linen are featured in this self-catering accommodation. Other facilities at Caribbean Utopian Retreat include a year-round outdoor pool. Princess Juliana International Airport is 9 km away. Downtown shopping and boardwalk with fine beaches is only 2km away, and 6km from the French side.

Private whole villa with "Spectacular Ocean and Mountain Views" on the Dutch side and 5mins from the French side Villa! Resting on one and half acres, with security and gated entrance. Come to this adventurous yet tranquil island paradise divided between France and Holland, a cultural fusion found nowhere else. At this Villa, you will enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic at Guana Bay, with unparalleled view of French St. Bartholomey (St. Barts's) on the horizon. This nice private home with a remote controlled electric security gate has two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms overlooking Guana Bay beach. There is plenty onsite parking, wi-fi, cable, and air conditioning. There is a large private balcony and swimming pool where you can relax in the secluded splendor of tropical luxury. The villa is eco-friendly, allowing the continuous ocean breezes to flow throughout the house, supplemented by ceiling fans in every room.
