Beautiful and luxurious sea view villa with 3 king bedrooms. On the ground floor, this Samui villa has off road parking for 2/3 cars, to the rear and at the front is a good size pool with plenty of areas to relax including a covered outdoor living area with a built-in bar and kitchen. There is also a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the next floor, accessed by external stairs, there's a large terrace wth dining table and chairs a great place to eat or relax in the shade. Inside is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area along with a guest wc. The internal stairs take you up to the two further bedrooms, the master is to the front with plenty of wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom is to the rear with a small balcony and ensuite bathroom. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms have air conditioning units and fans in all rooms. This Samui property is well furnished throughout and is an ideal choice for your next Samui holiday. Great location on the north of Samui and just a few minutes from Plai Laem and Cheong Mon Beaches. The perfect location to savour any season, ideally nestled above Choeng Mon beach, a charming area filled with a mixture of Thai restaurants plus Western elements, which makes this place harmonious. Only 10 minutes, by car, to Fisherman’s Village and 10 minutes away from Chaweng, this villa is wonderfully located where you can enjoy the peacefulness away from the crowds.

Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use.

The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B7.5 per unit plus 7% vat.

Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day.
