The aptly named, beautiful Villa Kao Lom, means mountain breeze in thai language . On first floor, as you enter, you are struck by the most dazzling view of the bay and this theme continues through the lounge kitchen and dining room of the horse shoe shaped design. The large lounge has sliding doors to allow you to enjoy the mountain breeze and make the very most of the spectacular setting. It comes with TV, DVD and stereo for your comfort and enjoyment. The villa has a large modern well equipped kitchen, which leads into the stylish dinning area, again with panoramic views and large sliding windows. Villa Kao-Lom is a three bedroom villa, sleeping a maximum of five. The two double bedrooms open out onto the very private pool deck. The pool deck is complete with a beautiful 25sqm, free form, infinity pool with integral tiled seat Jacuzzi. On the pool level there is a third single bedroom and wonderfully appointed guest bathroom. The master bedroom comes equipped with dressing room and en-suit bathroom, complete with walk in shower and striking bath. The living areas and bedrooms are all fully air conditioned and the house is beautifully furnished

Santi Thani is a villa development located in Bang Por, Samui, Thailand. It is 1.5km from the beach with 80 villa units completed in October of 2007. It is hotel-managed and features a fitness center, 24-hour security, CCTV, car parking.

Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use.

The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B7.5 per unit plus 7% vat.

Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day.
