The Studio with Pool View and Junior Suite with Balcony do not have the capacity to accommodate an extra bed.

Requests for extra beds are subject to availability and must be confirmed by management in advance.

A complimentary transfer service is available from Saladan Pier to Anda Lanta Residence and Rentals. Guests wishing to use this service are kindly requested to inform the property at least 3 days in advance. Contact details can be found in your booking confirmation.

In the event of an early departure, the resort reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation.

Daily housekeeping is not included during your stay. If you wish to have your room cleaned, an additional fee of THB 500 per service will apply.

Please note that guests staying at the residence are not permitted to use the swimming pool in the resort zone.
