Our room is located within the Baan Sanpluem Hua Hin (opposite Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin), a condominium situated directly by the sea. There are beach chairs to enjoy the view, and a project walkway leading directly to the beach. The large swimming pool offers a stunning sea view (there is also a children's pool). ***The room is available for monthly rental (minimum 30 days). The room rate does not include water and electricity charges, which are paid separately to the staff at the end of each month during your stay, and during check-out. The average cost of electricity and water - Electricity : 2,000-4,000 Baht/month - Water: 150-300 Baht/month * Costs may vary based on usage. (Electricity bill 5.5 baht/unit and water bill 35 baht/unit update: May2024)
