This lovely property is an ideal destination for couples, friends and families with children who want to enjoy the sun and soak up the perfect island life that Koh Samui has to offer. Situated in the popular location of Bangrak close to all basic amenities including Shopping Mall, restaurants, shops, bars, nightlife, hospital and of course the beach. A beautiful, bright open-space living room awaits you for your moments of relaxation including: lounge area with smart TV 55-inch flat-screen smart TV Netflix and Youtube and home cinema system, a dining area for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, oven, microwave. The villa has 5G fiber optic Wi-Fi. The 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and include a dressing room. The sofa is convertible into a bed for 2 people. An additional bathroom is attached to the open-plan living room on the ground floor. The entire property is furnished to the highest standard for maximum comfort. Shampoo, soap and towels are all included in your stay. Smoking area on the balcony or parking lot. Water and gas are free. Electricity is charged at the standard government rate of 7 baht per kW. A meter reading will be taken at check-in and check-out. You only pay for what you use. A security deposit of 10,000 THB (or other currency) to cover any damages or losses is required upon check-in.
