Freshly renovated (march 2023) studio in the Replay Condominium. It's decked out nice and stylish and has everything you need - a kitchenette, washing machine, iron and a coffee machine and nice additions like tennis rackets, snorkeling goggles and a beach matt.
Walkable distance (15 mins) to fisherman's village and Bophut beach.
The condo has fantastic swimming pool, gym (admittedly that could do with a little TLC), a tennis court.
Scooter and car parking lots right next to the building.
Please notify, for stays over a week electiciy is surcharged at 6 baht a unit
